Title: The RPD-A (Paper Dipole with Amplifier) and Matching Center Channel
Post by: PaulHilgeman on 14 Mar 2008, 11:12 am
Enjoy!  The RPD-A is the paper version of the Ronin, with the 500W amplifier for the bass driver.  The center channel matches.  Surrounds coming soon!!!

Sweet :thumb:
Where do you recommend placing the centre channel, above or below the display?  Should it be placed a few feet in front of the display also?

I'm trying to see if I have room to incorporate this.  I might have just enough Claro Walnut left!

Thanks.

This one is intended to be placed above the display.

Because of his equipment set-up it will be around 24" from the rear wall, which is how I tested it and listened to it.

Obviously it is a totally custom design, and should one be needed for below the display, it is certainly possible.
