Just saw these at a few other sites and at Audeze's website...shipping in last week of October...

Looks very interesting....the earpads look very, very comfortable...

Yes, I saw that announcement as well. I wonder how the LCD-1 will compare with Audeze's other models. One positive thing is the weight of these cans - much lower than any of the flagship models. That was one of the main issues I had with the LCD-3 when I owned a pair a few years ago.
