These are all are wonderfully interesting ideas for the new year. Thanks for sharing. I decided after taken a year break from retiring from the US Army and doing NOTHING but getting new HI FI stuff, it was time to get back into shape. If you are what you eat, I am starting to look like a very big "stuffed shell". Went from 185 to 205lbs in about 1 year. YIKES.

Anyway getting back into running and a restart of Spartacus training. That should be a start. Now how do I stay away from pasta??
