Has anyone used this remote:

...with success?  Did you like it?

I'm trying to find something that's fairly easy to use and read once setup.  This looks like it'd be great but, thought I'd ask here to see if anyone had any positive or negative opinion about it.

Personally I like to have hard 'tactile' buttons for common features and leave lcd touch screen operation for only the most specialized features.

You might also want to look at the Harmony.  It is programmable via USB port on your computer and has worked well for all my friends and clients.

While no remote ie "easy" to use, this seems to offer the easiest method for most programming and use.

I'm kinda in the same boat. The remote that came with my receiver is built like that.

I find it to be a good mix of LCD & regular buttons. If I was to ever get a different remote for some reason, I'd want it to be fairly similar. It's nice not to have to use the touchpanel all of the time for the same basic functions. Plus it makes the batteries last longer as you're not lighting or starting up the LCD screen.
