VOLUME 5, NUMBER 4 JANUARY 1977 of Boston Audio Society (BAS) announced a first  Richmond Audio Society meeting in November 1977 with Harold Beveridge and a demonstration of his electrostatic speakers. Do Richmond Audio Society (RAS) published any magazines in 1977? My interest is because question sessions (like in BAS magazine) are such informative on Beveridge technical information as patents.

Also Audio Magazine (USA) has annual model information.
Do possible to find any info on Model Three from 1977, but on later official line this is not Model 3 (it is like Model 2 fullrange studio control monitor larger of Model 1 and Model G1 from 2001)?
As there is info from unechoic camera, they looks real loudspeakers, but rare.

The Model 3 is real, and I have a pair.

It is about 6.5' high, and 18" in diameter.  Is is very similar to the Model 2SW, but it uses a step-up transformer instead of the direct-drive amplifier.  Instead of having a stand-alone woofer, two 10" woofers are incorporated into the cabinet -- one on the bottom and one on the top.  They are very, very heavy.

The G1 was Rick Beveridge's attempt to make the Model 3 more manageable.  It uses a stand-alone woofer, and puts the electrostatic element and acoustic lens in a much smaller enclosure.  It too used a step-up transformer.
