  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

What kind of help are you looking for?  Advice, or someone to cut it out?

I'd print out the plans and find a woodshop over in Nuevo Laredo to cut it, and if the price was right, maybe even assemble all but the front panel.  I made mine out of plywood fronts and back with MDF sides, tops, and bottoms.

I do have one small bit of advice.  The front baffle is the weakest point that has the potential for flex.  I chose Baltic Birch plywood for extra strength.  I also laminated it from two pieces to gain extra thickness and strength.

I found a small business in Muskegon, MI with a CNC machine who has cut me a pair of X-Statik speaker boxes.  Tracy is an audio enthusiast and worked on the build as well.  If you have questions or need a flat pack.,i am sure he would be willing to help you out.

The company is MI Rout LLC
