I've been using my DIY cork mat with cork pepperoni circle symmetrically distributed along the circumference to very good effect.
However, upgrade bug bites again and in addition to some wiring changes, I wondered about the contribution of the mat.
Auditorium products are held in high regard so looked into them.
I learned that one can buy the Hommage mat in UK shops for under $100, the standard for under $50. But here in the The States they are $250 and $100 respectively.
And that was the end of that.
BTW, I'd like to try my WT supplied mat but it has been acting as a platter dust cover. What is the best way to clean it? Can I scrub it with dishwashing solution or just a rinse and dry?
