Just installed a Room Pak Plus as per Nathan's instructions in a room 8 x 10.5 x 18ft. As Nathan indicated the effect is immediately noticeable. I would describe the change as improved clarity. With that comes the impression of better transient response and much better imaging. What is so interesting to me is that the room would have to degrade the sound of any combination of components and wires. A significant amount of the quality of any audio system would have to be lost because of the room interaction. Probably makes sense to treat the room first and then experiment with audio equipment second. Of course, exactly the opposite of what I've done in the past.
