Title: How to cut cheese
Post by: JohnR on 15 Sep 2018, 03:07 pm
I've been researching food cutting technique. Cheese has always been a problem for me. Until now -

Hmm...looks like a "brute force" method.  Reminds me of Gallagher's technique of "slicing" a watermelon.

My preferred method is to use a knife with a slender blade dipped in hot water.

I confess to using similar techniques on occasion...

;)

I had just been watching "how to" videos, many done badly (blunt knives, poor technique). This cheese one just cracked me up.

PS. He has a bunch of them. e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhpsE5GeiT0

This doesn’t have anything to do with anything but what the heck.
