Both units are very good shape  and were used   to primarily  stream my Spotify and Tidal (sounded very good)  both units are in clean shape (has a few scratches and few tiny nicks)  but performed  flawlessly.  only flaw i see  on both is  that over time. the white has a yellow hue tint on the white  (typical white apple finish)  describing both units per a  Audiophile critical critique


Audio output is a 3.5mm (1/8")   i  had good  results using  both 3.5mm to Toslink cable and a  3.5mm  to RCA


also have a 1mm  (3.5mm to Toslink)  for sale  its a generic brand,but works great with the apple express.   Price is $7
