i think it would be good to have our own board like some of the other areas do.  we have perhaps the largest society in the US and have hosted our own audio show except for 2018 and so far in 2019.  i hear from one of the principals in the society-Mark Katz, MD, that maybe this coming winter we will be back up and running a show again.

i for one would like to have a place where those of us in the LA/OCAS can buy, sell, trade our used equipment and post notices of upcoming events, and have discussions among ourselves.  of course, this would be open to all interested.

Hi Everyone in the LA area,

I belong to a small informal group of Audio Buffs, mostly in the Valley and San Gabriel area.

We will often meet up at different homes, chat, listen to fun music and gear.

No big egos. We all appreciate that everyone's music taste, budget, and approach to gear is different. 

It's all about having a great time with this hobby.
