Many of my clients like "powered speakers" but outside of a few, there aren't too many out there.
I have "assembled" one by adding a 500wpc "bolt on" monobloc that fits the RM40. It is the Bryston PowerPac 300 SST. This is a real 500wpc @ 4ohms. just review the numbers.

You won't beleive what this will sound like bi-wired with these short runs. (no toggle)
It has both balanced and unbalanced inputs and has distortion, signal to noise, dampening, and slewing to die for.
Aside from the AMPzilla, this amp has to be a top contender. And you get a power cord for each channel (no power supply blues here)
