There will be cheese for the burgers at Saturday's North Texas jam. The cheese will be available in two styles, swiss and american. The swiss has a more relaxed top end bloom, while the american has more immediate impact and an "in your face" effect on your burger. If you already were planning on a burger, yours can be upgraded with either style of cheese at no cost, we are also working on a cross-functional version to be used on Brats and hope to have it ready for the Jam.....

Sorry, don't mean to disparage, but found the growing number of these funny and had a few minutes on my hands to kill
