K-Pop does it matter to you? Do K-pop fans even care about high fidelity audio?

I just learned about K-pop yesterday. It is Korean pop music that is a growing music fad internationally. Youth in particular seem to be taking it in. Myself, I'm a dinosaur and don't care or want to embrace the music trend.

What do you think?

It matters a lot to my 14 and 12 year old daughters. So, yes, it matters to me. I've listed to a few minutes worth of K-Pop. It is not terrible. Not worth my time, but I see the teen appeal.

And no, 99.999999% of people under 25 do not care about hi-fi.

No. It's simply another industry driven fad in order for the suits to make money. Nothing more, nothing less.

Nope and neither does J-Pop interest me. But then again I am not in the demographic that would typically make me a fan.  :D

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

There is various kinds of Japanese Pop>
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_J-pop_artists
there is many Jpop artists to tennagers as Arashi, Scandal etc
and there is J-pop as Momoe Yamaguchi, Teresa Teng to adult music audience, I suppose Korea is similar.
However I like Enka.
