Oops. Sorry. Didn't see your question until now.
And the answer is... I'm not sure. I think we did get by there but... when we do future shows we will put both the people on the room sign AND the brands of the equipment in the room in the titles. That way gear can be found by searching much more easily [by using control-F or Google, for example].
