In 2008 I bought a "black box" from Wayne at Bolder Cable but I never ended up using it.
I am embarassed to admit that I don't know what "it" does.
I say "it" because I can't remember what "it" is for!!
I know it has something to do with power.
I have attached some images below.
So, I am hoping that one of you experts can hep with the following:
a: what is "it"!
b: what it does
c: where is can be placed in a system
d: if it still relevent in today's audio world.

Phono preamp, or just a buffer. Might be Borberly boards?
They look like discrete opamps.

Thank you Folsom!
That actually sparked my mental hard drive!
It is indeed a buffer - it was Bolder Cable's "ultimate" attempt at a SOTA buffer.
I guess I am getting old - memory is not what it used to be.
