VBT Alpha D Subwoofer ( Now Thoroughbass.com)

This sub uses a patented technology called VARTL to produce tight, low,
musical bass from a driver only 6 inches in diameter. The small driver moves incredibly fast allowing for seemless integration with my main speakers. It is a passive sub and I use the companies 200 watt amp to drive it. Nearly everyone who has heard my system can't tell a sub is playing until I turn it off. It works great with both music and HT.

I've been experimenting with these miniscule subs for a while now.  It's pretty astounding, as there's no visible cone!  Really, these subs are ideal for urban living, and also they excel at music.  Not for the HT sub-fanatics; but these subwoofers do a wonderful job blending with stereo mains.  They're efficiency and moderate load also mean they're an easy drive.

Regards,
