James, I just purchased a br4 remote, to use with my BDA3 DAC . I was hoping it would work with BP-25 preamp as well so I could consolidate , but no such luck. I have tried programming it with th "721" code listed on the data sheet . I have also tried a factory reset and then the 721 code. My IRTx1 remote which came with the preamp works fine . The data sheet says 721 should be the code for BP25/26 PRE's. My suspicion is my BP25 might be an older vintage perhaps?the br4 does control the DAC just fine btw, so it looks like a compatibility issue, or another code is required .
