dBpoweramp high-resolution recordings question
« on: 27 Apr 2010, 09:41 pm »
I am ripping through my CD collection.  I have downloaded dBpoweramp and the dsp power pack, I am trying to rip some SACD's and HDCD's in a higher resolution 20 bit format.  When I click on the add DSP effect under add DSP/Action I get a light grey screen saying "DSP requires powerpack".

What did I do wrong?  Can someone suggest a fix?

Thanks,

NB

I'm guessing you haven't downloaded from the site using your order number and then installed the files. (I think it is a number beginning with R).

You can also go to a page on the site and request to "RECOVER" your order number with the email address you used when ordering.

If all else fails, do an uninstall, registry clean, and try again.

BTW, you can also contact them through support or their forum, and you'll get an answer.

Got some advice at the dBpoweramp forum.  Issue fixed.  Thanks.
