Killer sub,,, I have the exact same one between my Lorelei's on a 26" sub stand that I built. I'd love stereo subs if my room could hold another sub, trust me I've been looking for a hole.   
 
A sub of this quality at 1/2 price will be a steal of a deal for some lucky guy.

I highly recommend this sub. I have a pair and they blend seamlessly with very high resolution speakers. At this price, there is no competition that I've heard. If I had a use for another, I would buy it in a flash!
As ACI is now gone, no more will be available, which is a shame.

Hea, I'm also a renter but I've rented this same house for 34 years and all my neighbors are cool with the blasting during the whole night (I'm an all niter niteowl, 35 years on 2nd shift  ) I made a point of going around and asking everyone just to make sure so in the scheme of things, I'm very fortunate. I'd hate to give up my Force XL so I feel your pain.
