FS: Redgum RGi-35 integrated amp **** SOLD *****
« on: 25 Feb 2010, 07:55 pm »
Great lil integrated from Australia.  Perfect starter or second system amp.  Transparent, punchy and musical, this capable amp will drive most.  I paired it with Soliloquy, PBN Montana, Vienna Acoustics, DeVore, Brines and Silverline to great effect.

Operationally perfect, superb cosmetic condition, barely a mark on it.  Lightly used in a bedroom system --  pet / smoke / child free.

*  35 wpc
*  front controls :  volume, balance, selector switch
*  inputs:  5 pair single ended RCA
*  tape loop
*  preamp output  (for bi-amping or subwoofer)
*  5 way speaker binding posts

Amp is designed for North American power, 115 - 120 volts. Ignore the label shown over IEC connector in photo -- same case is used for overseas product.

The reviews pretty much nail the sound, so check 'em out:

MSRP:   $1090
Asking:  $475

At my price I pay s/h to CONUS.  I have the manual but not the original carton.  I will pack it super secure and double box it....no worries!

Is there any simple way to run it off 110v?

Amp is made for USA electric.....115 to 120V.  Ignore that label you see on the rear cover.  Redgum simply uses the same case as overseas products.  I will edit the ad for such.

A nice bit of Aussie engineering.
I would jump on that if I needed anything remotely like it, but I really don't   :icon_frown:

I like the key, too, but I get the impression these are good sounding amps - plus, they're funky.

Good price, toobluvr.

It is a good sounding amp!

Search Audiogon at this price point and see what's availablefor SS.  The Redgum will hang with all and beat most.
