I have a metal base Philips production GZ-34 / 5AR4 rectifier with double 'D' getters for sale. It tests very strong on my calibrated B & K tester.
The date code is RS1 54J. It is an early version made in 1954. The base is tight and there are no loose parts floating around inside the tube. I have tried it in a ModWright SWL 9.0 as well as an outboard PS for a ModWright Sony 9100 and it's a very nice rectifier!
$170 takes it with USPS Priority Mail shipping included to the US.
I have Audiogon score of 72 (24 positive audio transactions) and 100% positive E-bay feedback with 119. The last 2 comparable Philips production metal base GZ34 tubes (not NOS) on E-Bay in the past week went for $258 and $195 + shipping. The 2 NOS went for over $300 each + shipping!
PayPal to verified address only. I will email photos.
Thanks!
