Are these worth selling?

Is it worth selling these:

-Pentax ZX-50 SLR body with a 35-80 auto lens
-Sony Hi-8 Camcorder CCD-TRV36

The wife and I haven't used them since we "discovered" digital.
Should we sell 'em, throw them in the trash, or leave them in the closet where they've been for a couple years?
We don't know what to do. Obviously they aren't worth much. Hate to pitch them, but also wouldn't mind making a little coin off them to help fund other 'stuff'.

So.....I'm not sure if this could be considered a "For Sale" ad, or nothing more than wanting suggestions and ideas.

Sadly these are basically obsolete but are quality cameras. I have the old CCD-TR100. I am thinking $50 each at a garage sale or sale to a friend for them, or their kids?

Yea, just like anything electronic now days.....

I paid over $1,000 for the two of these (the same day I believe) just a few short years ago.

I think I'd be happy with $50 each. Honestly, that's a little more than I expected.
I'll talk to wifey tonight. Might just turn this into a For Sale thread.
