Wow! That picture brings back memories of a friend of mine that used to be in the home construction biz. He was building a "high-end" custom home for a client in the early 2000's. The home had power everything. Heated bathroom floors, heated toilet seats, in ceiling speakers everywhere along with motorized window shades/blinds. The house had over 5 miles of wire and cable and it all fed into a room in the basement that was around 12x20 feet and where the ceiling was going to be was hundreds of wires/cable.
