VSA Help
« on: 28 Apr 2015, 02:16 pm »
Looking for some advice - I am probably being entirely too paranoid.

My jr's went in for the IV upgrade and a delivery attempt was made at 1:21 pm local time yesterday with no one available to accept delivery.

I called the office yesterday and the VM states that VSA will be closed until 4/24 (last Friday).

I've sent Lee and Albert emails.

Any advice on trying to make contact or just be patient?

I shipped via UPS after talking to Lee and not sure how many attempts they will make for delivery.

Plus, the longer UPS has the product, the more worried I become.

Thanks for any help.

Contact UPS and ask them to "hold" delivery until the "business" reopens.  The Chicago show has probably taken them away from the facility..

We're back from the Axpona Chicago show and your VR-4's are here!  We'll take good care of them and you'll be pleased with your upgrade.
