Been interested in audio for over 50 years. Grew up on the BSO and my fathers Quad ESL 57's, Built my first crystal radio in 1967. Built lots of Heath, Dyna, Hafler kits. Tweeked speakers and electronics along the way. Even sold equipment from '75-82'.
Had to downsize from my Logan CLS IIz's and Verity Parsifals... running a pair of Triangle Celius 202 (tweeter shelved down) and caps replaced; Pass X-150, Adcom GFP-750 (blue boards), MMF 9.1, Shelter 501 Mk II, Pass Ono etc...
Wanting to build a 3 way with ribbon tweets, fast midrange (minimal baffle, think DQ-10), and two woofers (6.5-8" range), open on the style of the woof box. Don't care about bass under 40, or even 45 - can't shake up the neighbors.
