Am looking at one that the guy says is a plus but cant tell unless the cover comes off.  I know the serial number so was wondering if you can tell from that.

I work with the guy who is selling that amp, I have a pair of Khartago mono's and was questioning him on the innards. Sounded like a plus to me. Basically the same amp I have only stereo and in the stratos chassis. I would buy the darn thing off him myself but I just don't have a use.

If you know the serial number, why don't you call the company?  They should be able to look it up easily.  When I bought my Pass amp used, I called Pass Labs with the serial number and they looked it up in 30 seconds and told me it had just been in for a check up and it was in good condition.
