I have the OPPO player and just love it.  It does everything but walk the dog.

Depends on if you just need a disc spinner or are concerned about the analogue output. For disc spinners hard to go wrong with the cheapest Oppo. Maybe a Marantz UD7007. You want info on non-Odyssey products I really think you need a different forum.

I might be looking for a player myself. Depends what the Atoll does.
Name names on last 18 months players. I'm guessing all were used.

That Symphonic Line thing that Klaus has is very good. 

No crucifixion please - I've got the same oppo and it can do many many things and does most very well.  But I don't know why the thread was started in the first place so...

  Nice avatar we have a 110lb Shepard. BTW Aqua line of  DAC's have a special synergy with the KA Boom  for the money Klaus "O"gear.
