This was one of Gary's personal pre-amps. It has three inputs and three outputs. One set of outputs has a high pass filter built in. It uses some General Electric VT-4-C transmitter tubes like these:

This one has a really smooth and lush sound to it.
Someone should be enjoying and appreciating this one.
