As per subject, is it compatible since it is using a version of the Linux operating system ?

Off-Ramp 5 does not support Linux.

I must design a new USB module for this.  Maybe later this year.

Thanks Steve. Does that mean the overdrive DAC , pace-car also will not work with Linux?

Same thing with Overdrive. 

Pace-Car is not made anymore.  Replaced by Synchro-Mesh.  Synchro-Mesh works with any PCM device, including CD transports, AppleTV, Sonos, Squeezebox and servers.
