Cryo Treatment Service

If you are reading this, you are probably already aware of the beneficial effects of cryogenic treatment of audio cables and vacuum tubes.  Its one of the most inexpensive ways to achieve real improvements in your audio system.  We first use a mechanical -80°C freezer (figure A) to bring the cable from room temp to -80°C.  Within the freezer the cables are placed in a polycarbonate cryo-container, that uses a isopropyl reservoir provide the critical, repeatable, 1°C/min cooling rate required for successful cryo-treatment.  After successfully reaching -80°C, the cables are transferred to our vapor phase nitrogen unit.  While some companies will submerse the cable in liquid nitrogen, this can cause structural damage to fragile materials such as plastic or rubber.  Instead, we submerse our cables in a vapor phase nitrogen unit (figure C) which is fed my a liquid nitrogen tank (figure B).  This method achieves the same low temperature as direct liquid nitrogen submersion, but without the risk of damage to the cable.
Our current rates are as follows:
Pair of interconnects or speaker cables: $100
Single cable: $70
Vacuum Tube: $45

WE ALSO TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF EVERY CABLE BEING SUBMERGED IN THE VAPOR TANK, SO YOU WILL HAVE THE PEACE OF MIND THAT THE TREATMENT HAS ACTUALLY BEEN PERFORMED.
