Sounds great and works as it should.Cosmetic condition described below..I have used it for nearly 2 years as a preamp with a Yellowtec PUC Lite to play usb computer files.I sampled up to 192k and the combo does sound great!Would like to sell as a combo as it works so well together.
I would rate the dac 7/10.Some scratches on the top lid and light scrapes on the faceplate.Since this is an early unit the faceplate shows some age as well.The early Series 1 units have a dull mechanical hum from the transformerThis is normal.These are wonderful dacs!
The Yellowtec I will rate a solid 8/10.Looks nearly new.I stuck on some rubber feet.You can remove them but prob leave some residue.
Includes DH Labs Silver Sonic AES cable and stock Yellowtec USB cable so this is a turnkey setup.
