This sequence works for me on W7:
Manually disabling Telemetry through settings (Windows 7, 8, and 8.1)

No problem FullRangeMan. Thanks for the links, I find them quite interesting. I agree that most people are over reacting, since you can turn most stuff off. At the same time, I hate the Legalese that most user agreements are written in. It makes it harder to understand. You have to go here (http://dictionary.law.com) and spend oodles of time breaking things down to the "real" meaning.  :? Where did I put my tin hat?  :lol:
