Hi,

As the title says I found these on ebay:

Here is the eBay link:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pair-ETI-1-RIBBON-TWEETERS-Japan-Leaf-Super/302162763030?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D38530%26meid%3D9eabfe2056a14067bd8148fa4edda687%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D291977964671

Were these tweeters used in the Supertower and Tower models?

Thanks,

Ed

UPDATE: I have been in touch with the eBay seller.  He says he does not know where they came from.

LOL. I know this is a 5-year-old post, but the answer is yes. You probably already know this though. I bought my Super Towers in 1980 as a kit. They came with the Motorola piezo supertweeters. Both the one on the front panel and the ambiance one on top. Soon after, Brian switched to these JVC "ribbon" supertweeters. I saw these tweeters for sale at a wholesale speaker shop in Los Angeles for $17 each. I called Brian, and he confirmed these were what he switched to. He told me how to change the crossovers, and I switched mine out.
