Geek Wave

They rebooted the original campaign with a better design.  Capable of 32/384 resolution and native DSD 128. They also have optimized versions for IEM's, Big Cans as well as a tricked out fully balanced version Geek Wave X 128(yeah, I pledged for one :thumb:)

Had not seen it mentioned here, forgive me if it has already.

Cheers

I wonder how good the X128 will be.  There is some tough competition when you get to that level.

We will see. Both have some heavy hitters designing their products. I have an order for a Wave 32. I may update to the IEM customization option...

Looks sweet.  I especially like the IEM tuning option (lower power output, lower noise floor, less DC offset).  If I were into portable headphones I'd definitely pick one up.  But I'm not...

I have the Geek Out 1000 here.  The Geek Out will be hard to beat by the Pono since the Geek Out has DSD128 playback and is very portable!
So if you want something for your PC or Laptop now, without waiting for the Geek Wave....  :)
