I also liked my Legacy Focus. I felt at the time (early 90's) they were the speaker to own. As I moved on I realized Legacy Audio didn't have the magic and spacious sound like some others. However, when I listen to other speakers, I was always asking "Where is the Bass?" Really, not many speakers have bass like the Legacy Focus. If you can get the bass right without sounding boomy it can be an experience. As far as mids and highs, I think if Legacy used better tweeters and eliminated the PVC mid enclosures this would be a significant improvement. Legacy Audio in Springfield, IL was pretty awesome in the day!
