Hello!

Hi All,

Just introducing myself. Long time audio enthusiast. Inspired to join the community via the long threads on the Dodd Buffer and Preamp and the Tortuga LDR, in addition to having some GREAT conversations and emails with the incredibly friendly Trung.

System includes:
Yamaha TT-1000U
Sony DVP-NS900V
Entech Number Cruncher 205.2 DAC
NAD 1600 preamp/tuner (currently relegated to backup duty)
DIY Tortuga LDR (borrowed and currently blowing my mind)
NHT 2.9 Speakers

Looking forward to  joining the community!

Thanks all! Should be a blast... I still have a ways to go in terms of skill and some funds, but I hope to build a LDR followed by either a tube buffer or full pre when all is said and done. For now, I'll take making a multi-input LDR in the shortish term. CHeers.

Nice amp.

I just picked it up this summer. HUGE step up from my previous NAD 2200. It's one of the later runs with a few upgrades. It's amazing and has been my first taste of highish-end amplification. Pairing it with a passive has been mind-blowing. Can you tell that I really like this amp?
