I'm more of a hobbyist than an audiophile, though my goal is to get the best sound I can on a limited budget. My preferred medium is vinyl, but I tend to listen to high resolution transfers of vinyl records through my DAC than to the physical copies I have in my collection. I have a Luxman M-117 power amp controlled by a Pioneer SA-9500. I mostly use this setup to drive my AR-6s, though sometimes I bust out my recapped Klipsch KG-4s (complete with Crites titanium tweeters) if I'm listening to really dynamic recordings. Looking forward to being part of the community here. Looks like a really great space.
