I came across this in today's Washington Post.

I'd never heard of Terry Reid, but after reading the article I Googled away and they guy is quite good--kinda reminds me of Jesse Collin Young.  His claim to fame was saying no to being lead singer for Led Zeppelin, he's struggled ever since.  Pretty amazing how one small decision can impact your future so significantly.
