JBL 4412A -- Classic JBL Studio Monitors with 12 inches woofers, 5 inch mid cone and 1" tweeter-
In Excellent condition, sounds great, has some scuffs.
This model was last manufactured in the late 80's=early 90s. This model 4412A is different from the 4412 in that the 4412 has EQ controls. I prefer the A version without the controls- they sound wonderful that way, balanced and clean sounding and that 12" low end cone. I'm afraid the version with the EQ controls would be another electrical unit to go through and degrade sound quality.
I was using this in a second system. I have too much gear, need to let some stuff go.
As you can see, the speakers were made to lay sideways, but you can plant them vertically if you want. The speakers were attached to the speaker stands, so you can see the mounting marks on the bottom.
Would like to sell soon, before Xmas. I would like a local exchange, do not want to ship, sorry.
