Thanks I do build most of my own gear, things like REDD 47/Neve Preamps. Fairchild 660/tube stuff fascinates me...small boutique studio where I record vanity records...but I have learned I have a lot to learn about the fine end of the audio industry...so I might have some off topic dumb questions...par for the course.
