I would appreciate if you can pass this message below to Vienna Teng because I received no response from her. You are my last resort.
About a week ago I visited her website to purchase her latest album, "4th Messenger", mp3 version so that I could download this album. At the website it indicated that I could download this album upon payment. I had paid, receipt: #ID178918,so far I hadn't received a link to download this album and I had written to the website and her personally so far received no response from either of them.
