DAC module and jitter reduction

I'm curious how effective the DAC module is in reducing jitter.  If someone were to use a transport using the coax out into the LIO DAC, would you need something like a Wyred for sound "remedy" to help reduce jitter?

Hi Sense63,

We already have an excellent circuit on the input stages of our LIO DAC board.  The data (no matter the input you use)
is buffered and reclocked with our own precision clocks on board (each independently linear regulated, and all fed from
LIO's isolated ultracap circuit).  This took a long time to develop and is one of the things that plays a significant role in how
good LIO DAC sounds!

USB and coax have galvanic isolation at the input.  Toslink is naturally isolated via light (fiber optic).

Feel free to try an external jitter device if you are curious, but do not be surprised if it does nothing or possibly makes things worse (depending on the product and its own power supply, and you probably will need a cable going in and out of such device which just
adds complexity).
