I suspect that due to the current state of high end audio dealers vs. several years ago, they will be making more products with more content from places in the far east at lower price points. It's happened to other companies before, Mirage for example. I had a pair (of SM-3s) many moons ago of Mirages early designs and they made some nice speakers and were sold in audio shops. Ohm Acoustics also used to be sold in stores at one point. Polk at one point was entry level high end sold in many specialty audio shops as well. With the internet there are so many nice speakers sold (just look at some of Audio Circle's sponsors) which are direct to consumer that many of the older models don't work as well.
