Did the firmware update today to my Meridian Explorer2 USB DAC for the first MQA decoder firmware.

Trying the demo material from the 2L Test Bench and the Carl Nielsen Piano Music remaster.  The Nielsen piano recording is very good over the Etymotic ER-4S in-ears.   

Will be trying the demo pieces as well today.

Anyone else giving this a try?

After trying the 2L demo recordings, decided to purchase the 2L Divertimenti recording in MQA as well.   

Really like the Britten recording of the Simple Symphony decoded by the MQA DAC.  The DAC shows it is played back as MQA at 192KHz sample rate and a remaster from the original 2008 recording. 

Looks like 2L has 130 MQA HiRez downloads available.  Interestingly, the tags show it was for PONO. 

Look forward to seeing any other feedback on other MQA recordings.
