This amp was in my second system driving a pair Ryan 610’s but due to lack of use I sold everything off and this is the last to go. I purchased it from a well respected member @ head-fi who performed substantial mods to the amp. Other amps I tried were Hegel H160, Peachtree 150 and Vincent 237 and the Bada was the clear winner for me. It is in very good condition with only a slight scratch on the volume knob and the plastic housing came off one of the binding posts but it still works perfectly. I will try and fix this if I can.

It puts out approx 145 wpc 8 ohm class a/b but with the flick of a switch you can choose the first 10 or 30 watts in Class A. This is also the rare version with toshiba mosfets and 6922 tubes.

The following is a list of the upgrades:

Upgraded all coupling caps to Mundorf Supreme Silver/Oil and Supreme Silver/Gold/Oil (6 in total) $500 alone (replaced the cheap $10 MKP's)
- Special Cap mounting (as the Mundorfs are very large) using Mundorf solid silver teflon wiring.
- Bypass caps with totl Vishay Metalized Polypropylene Film Caps
- Upgraded fuses to top audio grade fuses ($100)
- Upgraded the 6922 to NOS rare Reflektor 6n23p 1975 Single Wire Getter Post tubes
- Herbie Ultra Sonic titanium tube dampers
- Cooling vents for the top case above the tubes (allows the heat from the tubes to vent directly up and out of the case).

Here are some comments about the amp from the original owner:

Thanks
