INTRODUCTION:

I have accumulated hundreds of small signal tubes over the last 10 years that I will be selling as quickly as I can re-test and list them. In the meantime, feel free to let me know what you are looking for, and I will let you know what I have.

US Brands: GE, Ken-Rad, Raytheon, RCA, Sylvania, Tung Sol, Westinghouse

European Brands: Amperex, Brimar, Dario, Mullard, Philips, RFT, Siemens, Tesla, Tungsram, Valvo

12AU7 Types - 12AU7, 5184, 5963, 6189

12AT7 Types – 12AT7, 6201, 6060

12AX7 Types – 12AX7, 5751

6DJ8 Types – 6DJ8, 6922, 7308, E88CC, E188CC

The biggest concentration is 1950's GE and RCA mil-spec tubes.

Tubes were tested on my trusty Sencore Mighty Might VII TC162 tester, where 70 is the minimum GOOD ready. Nothing fancy, but very consistent.

Not sure how to rate the condition of 50-60 year old tubes, so use your own judgement.

Reasonable offers will be considered and responded to. Low-ball offers will be politely ignored.

ITEMS FOR SALE:

Here is something that you don't see every day. I have 6 Philips Miniwatt E88CC SQ Special Quality tubes with matching delta 5C2 dates codes, meaning they were all built at the famous Herleen Holland factory in the second week of March 1965. This is the same tube as the Amperex PQ, just a different logo.

Tubes have good logos, but a previous owner put tape with test results on them. Tape should come off with alcohol and Q-tips, but the logos can be delicate, so I will leave that task to the new owner.

My Sencore test results were: 104/105, 103/103, 102/102, 102/102, 102/102, 102/102

Previous owner test results were: 12,000/12,000, 11,?00/11,400, 12,400/11,800, 12,000/11,800, 11,500/11,600, 11,300/11,500 (I don't know the scale.)

Asking price is reduced from $500 to $450.  I would prefer to sell all 6 together, but I will consider splitting into pairs if I don't receive an acceptable offer for all of them as a package.  All reasonable offers will be considered.

Mailbox is almost empty.  I had surgery this morning and will be recovering at home for the rest of the week.
