VR4jr mrk IV??? Upgrade?

I have the mk2 with the lead shots.  Will the lead shots be removed with the upgrade?

No, the lead stays in with the upgrade.

Escott - Your what are leaving Greenville SC? Are you getting a pair of Mark 4s or the original or somewhere in between?  Do you know what the seller is replacing them with? Congratulations, it is exciting to be waiting for new speakers and even better receiving them when they are VSA!
By coincidence my new 55's are leaving CA for Greenville SC airport on Monday, where I will pick them up to save the extra door-to-door ship costs.

Ah, that's terrific! I live about an hour from Greenville and would love to come heard your MK4's, if you would like to have a visitor. Also you would be welcome to heard my system.

Escott - I think you will be hitting a terrific bang for the buck place with the MK4's. I do bless with my wife's skeptical patience with my stereo proclivities and had to promise no more purchases for a good while.
