No, it would likely take a qualified repair technician to fix it.   ;)

There is an internal fuse.  Occasionally a fuse in a component might blow and when replaced the unit is fine.  But if there is a blown fuse and you replace it and it blows again you will obviously need to get it serviced.  I suspect you are outside the U.S. (China?), and shipping might be prohibitive, but I would email ModWright and see if they can help or point you in a direction.

A few years ago Dan Wright told me the display can fail on the Transporter, and if that happens you are out of luck since replacements are not available from Logitech.
