Hi...  I have two mullard/blackburn 5V4G to sell - one labeled Valve Electronic, the other Mullard.  Both have Blackburn and 1960's code.  I have to check on whether it would be black plate with D getter, but am travelling.  I'll be back Friday and will let you know unless you close the post.

I'm back, sorry for the delay.

These may not be the variant you are looking for.  The Valve Electronic is NOS (shows two, but only one left to sell), the Mullard is used/good.  Both have Blackburn codes and I believe both are 1967.  They both have slots in the plates, not round holes and round getters.
